A sanctuary of stillness...
My work in yoga and massage exists to elevate your wellbeing. This is so much more than a studio or salon – I offer a sanctuary supporting women to reconnect with themselves, recharge, and replenish in body, mind and soul. Each massage appointment and yoga class is tailored with the utmost care to meet and exceed your needs leaving you feeling nurtured and nourished – and in the words of one of my regulars “like I’ve just returned from holiday”. My many years of training encompass modern science, ancient philosophy, and human connection. As my independent reviews attest, my work is infused with deep kindness and empathy. I offer a place where you’ll feel seen, heard, welcome just as you are – supporting you to lead a more connected, relaxed and rested life.
Since 2012, I’ve worked with women across Oxfordshire, supporting deep ease in both body and mind, replenishing energy, providing a level of care and nurture rarely found.
Location: My work takes place in my beautiful, bespoke cabin overlooking my garden hidden in the heart of Headington, Oxford. It’s a two minute walk from the Headley Way crossroads with free off-street parking. As it’s my home, to protect my family’s privacy, the exact address is only provided on booking.
Hello, I’m Katie. Mid forties. Mum to kids and cats. Wife. Business owner. Can’t get through the morning without coffee and fresh air, and I can’t resist dark chocolate. I am passionate about women’s wellbeing and supporting you to find ease and nourishment to enjoy your life as much as possible.
My aim is to enable you to slow down, soothe body and mind, and connect with what you really want and need. On a lighter note, I can also help your tense shoulders (etc) relax, build strength and flexibility and help you sleep better.
“My husband and I are deeply grateful for the comfort and calm your wellbeing therapy has provided. Your remarkable ability to foster a serene, therapeutic space has been amazing.“
