Super nourishing two hour classes to remove the Sunday scaries, enable you to deeply exhale tension and worries and drift home for one of your best sleeps (so say my clients)! Choose between:
Rest & replenish: restorative yoga with all the props you could wish for, plus optional hands-on support, followed by deep rest yoga nidra, herbal tea, foot massage and thoughtful take-home resources. Suitable for all levels: £28pp

Compassionate slow flow and restorative: Slow yoga supporting ease and spaciousness in body and mind, followed by restorative with all the props you could wish for and nurturing (optional) hands on support. Concludes with herbal tea, foot/hand massage and supportive take-home resources. Suitable for all levels: £28pp
