Before you buy: Some health conditions mean that massage/yoga nidra is not appropriate, and in certain situations I am not insured to treat you. Please be honest on enquiring in order to protect us both. The following are contra-indicated for massage or yoga nidra.
- Cancer (unless with written permission from your consultant/GP in advance) for massage
- Leukaemia for massage
- Schizophrenia or severe PTSD for deep rest yoga nidra
Payment is online in advance and I have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Please note, my treatments and consultations are for women only.
