I work with women in Oxford, creating the opportunity for deep rest in body and mind. I’m interested in how you feel and helping you to get back to being your best self. This is a journey we are all on. I can help you with the tools and support to find your well rested woman within.
I am a fully insured, professional massage therapist, nutritionist and yoga nidra teacher offering tailored appointments to meet your needs. Appointments take place in my beautiful, clean, calm, warm cabin overlooking my garden in Headington, Oxford. The cabin is heated and cooled by renewable energy, and all energy used for your visit (including laundry etc) is renewable – this might be the most sustainable health appointment you’ve ever had!
Deep rest yoga nidra sessions: £18pp including herbal tea, recording and take-home resources
Thursdays: 7 – 8.15pm and Fridays: 1 – 2.15pm
