Immerse yourself in deep rest and relaxation, emerging replenished, nurtured and nourished. Learn or be reminded of how to optimise your nutrition for optimal health. Give yourself permission to prioritise yourself, just for an hour and watch the frazzle fade away.

I work with women, creating the opportunity for deep rest in body and mind. I’m interested in how you feel and helping you to get back to being your best self. This is a journey we are all on. I can help you with the tools and support to find your well rested woman within.

I am a fully insured, professional massage therapist, nutritionist and yoga nidra teacher offering tailored appointments to meet your needs. Appointments take place in my beautiful, clean, calm, warm treatment room in my home in Headington, Oxford.
