MASSAGE
Beginning with a warm footbath, cup of tea and an open conversation about your needs, we first agree a treatment plan. Techniques may include slow deep tissue work, releasing down through the muscle layers, myofascial release, hot stones, targeted work on knots and deeply relaxing holistic work. All my massages aim to leave you feeling rested, re-set, replenished, nourished and nurtured: reconnected with your body and mind.

NUTRITION
Nourish yourself more deeply with nutrition tweaks and lifestyle support
Your appointment includes a telephone consultation in advance of the appointment, a thorough understanding of you, your lifestyle, aims, any barriers etc. We’ll discuss simple changes you can make to optimise your health and how to take the first steps. I can work with you on a one-off or ongoing basis to support your journey. Please note, I cannot advise you on medical conditions.
£120 including:
- 15 minute telephone consultation in advance to check your aims and our compatibility
- Questionnaire for you to complete in advance so I can understand your current diet, lifestyle, aims and any restrictions
- One hour telephone consultation (day/evening)
- A personalised nutrition report based on your questionnaire and our hour long call
- A complimentary lifestyle guide including how to understand your own needs and motivations, sleep tips, recipes and recommended reading

NECK & SHOULDER SOFTENING WORKSHOP : Sunday 22nd Feb 6 – 8.30pm £35pp: BOOK HERE
hunched, sore shoulders, headaches, face ache, back ache, neck ache, stressed, struggle to sleep? End of half term frazzle?
Using massage and yoga techniques we’ll soften the muscles in your neck and shoulders enabling you to release tension both in the class and learn how to do this yourself at home. Most people will experience a significant improvements during the session. This workshop is 2.5 hours long because some of the techniques take time but they are SO worth it! The workshop will include:
- Hot stone self massage
- Breath practices – you’ll be amazed at how much these can help
- Deep rest nidra techniques to notice what is going on where
- Gentle yoga suitable for no/all experience (there’s always something new to notice in the body/mind)
- Myofascial release techniques
- Specific stretches to get deep into the tension
- Restorative yoga with optional hands-on to deepen the stretch
- Booklet of techniques to use again and again, and a discount on your next massage
INTRO TO YOGA FOR BEGINNERS: LEARN POSES, BREATH AND MUCH MORE!

Never been to yoga and not sure what it’s all about? Put off by lycra, bendy bodies and aesthetic focused advertising? Don’t consider yourself a “yoga person” but a bit intrigued? Come along to this friendly, relaxed, two hour workshop and explore what yoga actually is – it’s so much more than a flexible body! You don’t need “yoga clothes” – just clothes you can move and feel at ease in. We’ll explore:
- What is yoga anyway?
- Breathwork to use anywhere that offers a sense of peace and stillness
- An experience of three different types of yoga and their different benefits
- Learn some poses so you can practice at home or attend classes anywhere
- A booklet to to help you practice at home, recordings of breath practices and nidra, a couple of videos to help you keep going if you wish and a discount on future yoga classes
SPRING EQUINOX RE-SET WORKSHOP: WHAT DO YOU REALLY WANT?

A half day being held compassionately whilst encouraged to think bigger and bolder about what you really want – and how to get there. Learn positive psychology skills for feeling your best more of the time. Reflect on your unique strengths and boost your self-confidence. Slow flow and restorative yoga with optional hands -on support to feel both strong and soft. Breath work to energise and soothe. Deep rest to replenish you.. Learn how to feel what your body intuitively knows.
For this workshop, hosted in the cabin, I’m teaming up with Dr Kristin Bohn, a Clinical Psychologist and Positive Psychology Coach. We have 95 years of life experience between the pair of us and collectively more than 40 years of professional experience within our fields. We bring mid-life maturity, experience of peri-menopause, tween and teenagers, and the rollercoaster of mid-life career challenges and changes. We both know how it feels to lose ourselves and rebuild ourselves in midlife and we want to use our unique expertise to support you to make the most of this spring.
PRIVATE YOGA CLASSES: £50 for one hour for couples of any description (mum-daughter, wife-wife, husband-wife, partners, colleagues, friends). Includes everything you’d normally enjoy in a yoga class but tailored to your needs. Choose from dynamic, slow flow, restorative or deep rest yoga nidra or a beginnners introduction to yoga. Private classes are carefully planned to meet your needs be these improving sleep, reducing stress/anxiety, bonding or just a pleasant shared experience.
