Super nourishing two hour classes to remove the Sunday scaries, enable you to deeply exhale tension and worries and drift home for one of your best sleeps (so say my clients)! Choose between:
Rest & replenish: restorative yoga with all the props you could wish for, plus optional hands-on support, followed by deep rest yoga nidra, herbal tea, foot massage and thoughtful take-home resources. Suitable for all levels: £28pp

Compassionate slow flow and restorative: Slow yoga supporting ease and spaciousness in body and mind, followed by restorative with all the props you could wish for and nurturing (optional) hands on support. MASSAGE: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursday mornings

We begin with a warm footbath and cup of tea to start soothing your nervous system. During this time we’ll discuss your needs and agree a massage plan which will be different for each person, each time. Techniques may include slow deep tissue work, releasing down through the muscle layers, myofascial release, hot stones, targeted work on knots and deeply relaxing holistic work. All my massages aim to leave you feeling rested, re-set, replenished, nourished and nurtured: reconnected with your body and mind. If you’re pregnant, I can see you after your 12 week scan.

SEASONAL HALF DAY RETREATS
Friday 2nd October & Friday 15th January, both 9.30 – 1.30pm
Marking turning points as the seasons change, these half day retreats are co-led by me, Katie alongside Clinical Psychologist and Positive Psychology Coach, Dr Kristin Bohn. Our unique partnership offers an uplifting experience that supports you as a whole woman. Led by Katie, somatic movement, breath and yoga practices will help put you in touch with your body. Dr Kristin’s gentle work helps you reconnect and reflect and respond to where you are now, and where you want to be. Each retreat is different and plays to the seasons. Your appointment includes a telephone consultation in advance of the appointment, a thorough understanding of you, your lifestyle, aims, any barriers etc. We’ll discuss simple changes you can make to optimise your health and how to take the first steps. I can work with you on a one-off or ongoing basis to support your journey. Please note, I cannot advise you on medical conditions.

PRIVATE 1:1 or 1:2 YOGA CLASSES: 75 mins
For couples of any description (mum-daughter, wife-wife, husband-wife, partners, colleagues, friends). Includes everything you’d normally enjoy in a yoga class but tailored specifically to your needs. Choose from dynamic, slow flow, restorative or deep rest yoga nidra or a beginnners introduction to yoga. Private classes are carefully planned to meet your needs be these improving sleep, reducing stress/anxiety, bonding or just a pleasant shared experience. PRIVATE GROUP YOGA CLASSES: 75 mins, minimum of six people
Lovely bonding opportunity with friends, colleagues etc. Private groups can include men and are fully tailored to the needs of your group on the day. Perhaps you want to learn yoga together, breathwork practices to calm, dynamic yoga to energise and build strength, or rest and replenish your energy.
